After placing an order, a confirmation email should be sent promptly to the email address used at checkout. Please make sure to check your junk or spam inbox, as sometimes emails may be misdirected. If you did not receive the confirmation email, you can contact our outstanding customer care team, providing your order number and/or your delivery address. In turn, they will promptly assist you in locating your order.  

We want to ensure that your purchase arrives on time, safe and sound, and as you intended however on the odd occasion our best efforts can fail us.

UK Returns Process

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a full refund on any products that have not been personalised. The product should be returned within 28 days of the original purchase date and received back in its original packaging and be fit for re-sale. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns for international customers, however, if an item is faulty please do contact us.

We will be happy to exchange items to UK addresses within our returns policy period. If you need an alternative item, please contact us with details of the product you would like to receive.

All returns where an exchange is not acceptable will be refunded to the account used for the original purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of goods returned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

On the rare occasion we fall short on providing a quality product then we ask that you contact us via our contact page where our fantastic customer care team will be happy to help.

Which items am I not able to return?

All personalised items are ineligible for return or refund.

Earrings are non-returnable due to health and safety reasons.

This does not affect your right to return faulty products or your statutory rights.

All our beautiful items are created by our skilled team of makers and engravers, though human error can happen from time to time. Contact our customer team with an image of the error along with an image of the quality assurance sticker and they will have this resolved for you.


Some of our items are made from plated metal so we include the care card to detail how to look after your personalised jewellery. As advised it can tarnish over time and more so if your item has come into contact with water however if your item is under 3 months old, contact us with an image and we will help in having this resolved.


Once your order has been placed, we are simply unable to amend or cancel. Because of this, we do our best to eliminate any mistakes before the order is placed by asking you to review and tick the box to confirm all the personalisation and delivery address is correct.

On the rare occasion that you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a full refund on any products that have not been personalised. All personalised items are ineligible for return or refund.

Earrings are non-returnable due to health and safety reasons

We are very sorry it seems your chosen birthstone or charm is missing from your item. Have you taken the item out of the box or checked behind the gift card and foam insert? You may need to remove the item from the box to be sure.

At first glance, added charms can be missed, as our brilliant team attach these to the chain and then place them behind the foam insert so that everything is protected during transit.

If this is still missing completely, please contact us with an image of the quality assurance box (this can be found on your order form) along with an image of the received item, and we will have any missing charms sent so this can be added to your item.

We are sorry that you're having trouble applying your discount code. Please check that you have entered your discount code correctly and that it has not expired.

We understand that mistakes can occur when completing orders. Unfortunately, once your order is with our studio we will do our utmost to fulfil your request, however cannot guarantee that changes will be made to the finalised transaction.

We try to eliminate the chance of incorrect personalisation by asking you to review and tick the box to confirm all personalisation and delivery address is correct.

Orders shipped outside the EU or for all orders over the value of €150 *(including the EU), may be subject to import duties charged by the courier. Payment will need to be made by the recipient and we cannot be held responsible for any charge once the package has been shipped from our UK studio. All orders to the USA are dispatched within 1-2 working days via a tracked international service, where available. Some locations may be exempt from a tracked delivery service, you can see this at checkout when you place your order.

Orders under $800 will not be charged import duties at destination. For orders over $800, import duties will need to be paid by the recipient. We cannot be held responsible for any charge once the package has been shipped from our UK studio. Please note the custom process might incur additional delays.

Product Options

We know our beautiful jewellery makes the perfect gift so you can easily send the order directly to your loved ones. Our paperwork will not display any price information so simply add their delivery address at the checkout.

A gift message can also be entered which will be printed onto the order form. Your gift will be beautifully wrapped and well packaged upon arrival.

Additional discs and birthstones can be attached to the majority of our personalised designs. Simply add the required additional charm to the basket along with the bracelet or necklace and our fantastic team will have this attached as requested.

Necklace Sizes:

Shorter Length (36cm):

The shorter length necklace, measuring 36cm, is perfect for a much closer fit or subtle look. Due to it being the smallest size available it is often purchased for gifts towards a younger demographic, making it the most suitable choice for gifts to children.

Standard Length (45cm):

Our standard length necklace, measuring 45cm, is our default size offered on every necklace we sell. It provides a comfortable fit and will often be the safest choice for most customers.

Longer Length (55cm):

Our longer length necklace, measuring 55cm, is our largest option available and is ideal for those that want a little extra room. With no extra cost to the customer it gives the freedom to choose what fit will be best for you or the gift recipient.

Bracelet Sizes:

Shorter Length (14cm):

The shorter length bracelet, measuring 14cm, is the best pick for those with smaller wrists or those desiring a more secure feel, being our smallest bracelet choice it is advised to select this size when purchasing gifts for children.

Standard Length (18cm):

Our standard length bracelet, measuring 18cm, is found on all our bracelet products. Made to fit most wrist sizes comfortably it is the best choice when purchasing due to its versatility of manually being shortened if needed.

At this time, we cannot always confirm when a product will come back into stock. However, we are always working to replenish our inventory as soon as possible. Please contact our fantastic customer care team who will be able to provide you with an estimated restock date or provide an alternative from our collection.


Photo Gift Set Guide

1. Simply select the colour of your jewellery from the options provided

2. Fill in your required personalisation in the relevant boxes, taking note of any details mentioned in the description. (See Images for colour key of Photo Gift Cards)

3. Once that's been completed attach a file to the Photo Gift Card Upload option making sure it's compatible with the file extensions available. To ensure your photo gift card looks it's best, we recommend providing images in a 5:4 format at a minimum size 1000 x 800 pixels. Images not provided in this format may be cropped to fit.

4. Add it to your basket and proceed to checkout.


We understand how important it is to include a meaningful message in your engraving. However, due to the physical limitations of the jewellery piece and to ensure the clarity and quality of the engraving, we must adhere to a strict character limit.

We recommend selecting a concise and impactful message that fits within the allowed character count. If this isn't possible with your desired message please feel free to contact our customer service team. We are here to help and will provide you with some related products that may allow you to retain your original engraving.
