We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Our dedicated studio team works hard to ensure each order is personalised and dispatched as quickly as possible. During busy periods, such as Sale times, there may be a slight delay in dispatch, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to get your orders to you as swiftly as possible.

International orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days via a tracked international service, where available. Some locations may be exempt from a tracked delivery service, you can see this at checkout when you place your order.

International Import Duties Charges:

*All International orders may be subject to Import Duties Charges that will need to be paid by the recipient, we recommend checking your county’s charges carefully before ordering as we cannot be held responsible for any charge once the package has been shipped from our UK studio. Please note the custom process might incur additional delays.

EU - Orders over the value of €150** are subject to import duties charged directly to the customer by the courier upon arrival at customs. 

USA - Orders over $800** are subject to import duties charged directly to the customer by the courier upon arrival at customs.

Rest of World (inc. European countries not within the EU) - Orders may be subject to import duties charged directly to the customer by the courier upon arrival at customs.
