My item has tarnished, what should I do?Updated a month ago

Some of our items are made from plated metal, included with your purchase is a care advice card so you are able to get the most out of your jewellery. 

As advised, plated items can tarnish over time, and more so if your item has come into contact with water; however, if your item is under warranty, contact us with an image, and we will help in having this resolved.
