UK Returns Process
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a full refund on any products that have not been personalised. The product should be returned within the products warranty period and received back in its original packaging and be fit for re-sale. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns for international customers, however, if an item is faulty please do contact us.
We will be happy to exchange items to UK addresses within our returns policy period. If you need an alternative item, please contact us with details of the product you would like to receive.
All returns where an exchange is not acceptable will be refunded to the account used for the original purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of goods returned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
On the rare occasion we fall short on providing a quality product then we ask that you contact us via our contact page where our fantastic customer care team will be happy to help.
Which items am I not able to return?
All personalised items are ineligible for return or refund.
Earrings are non-returnable due to health and safety reasons.
This does not affect your right to return faulty products or your statutory rights.
